Without sharing all the details of my experience, Steve's Florist went above and beyond to rectify an issue that turned out to be a non-issue. They were willing to figure out a solution on the busiest weekend (Valentine's Day). I cannot tell you how caring and empathetic they were and truly a display of exceptional customer service.
This shop was courteous enough to call me immediately after I ordered. I had asked for same day delivery, but they were concerned about dangerous winter road conditions. I appreciate that they treat their drivers and customers with respect. A beautiful arrangement was delivered the following day!
They were quick, Provided beautiful flowers that lasted 2 weeks. And helped me save money by taking my order over the phone which was awesome. Most recommend Florist in Altavista area.
