Stems florist did an excellent job, I ordered a plant to be delivered and they sent me a photo of what they were going to deliver to make sure it was approved, the delivery person, contacted me to let me know it was delivered. The customer service was outstanding, the price was very very good and the product was perfect. Thank you Stems florist. see photos of the one sent from the store and then a photo my aunt sent to me, she was so pleased.
The new owner was a lovely young lady who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me put together a gift for someone and the recipient loved it! The shop is very nice and has so much more to offer than just flowers. I also got some beautiful candles that smell amazing! Overall wonderful experience and I recommend coming here for all of your floral needs. Thank you
Kim was so wonderful to work with. We only needed bouquets and boutonnières for our wedding, so we came in a month beforehand. She stayed within my budget, delivered everything with so much enthusiasm, gave all of our guys and gals guidance, and truly made gorgeous arrangements. Since our order was smaller, we didn’t do any trials, but there was nothing to worry about because she nailed the designs. The photo attached is one of the arrangements, 3 days old, and through multiple transports. Still gorgeous!
Very easy to work with online. I was ordering flowers from out-of-state. Ordering was simple, they emailed me a complete receipt showing what I had ordered and followed my instructions. Based on the picture sent by my aunt, the flowers came out exactly as hoped.
Stem Florist made our entire wedding day absolutely beautiful. Kim went above and beyond to help us with our wedding day throughout our entire engagement while being mindful of our budget. She was flexible with meeting with us as many times as we needed and during off-hours since we were traveling from out of town.
