Changing my review to a 4 star due to the florist delivering a bigger bouquet this morning. I do want to note that when I went back on the website to see the images of the standard, deluxe, and premium bouquets, it seems the first bouquet was probably more of a standard size. I would hope that in the future this flower shop will be more consistent in matching the sizes of bouquets to what was ordered. Thank you for fixing the mistake. I attempted to place an order for funeral flowers and had an extremely disappointing experience. My first call was disconnected, the second call was also disconnected, and on the third attempt I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes without any assistance. At that point, I was unable to place my order and took my business elsewhere. While they may be busy, this level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as time-sensitive and important as funeral arrangements. Absolutely amazing floral arrangement!! Was even more beautiful in person than in the photo on the website! Have you used Saint Agnes many times before and will always continue to use in the future! Highly recommend!
I was in town for a funeral for a loved one and ordered a spray from these folks after hearing good things about their flowers. However I was very disappointed with the flowers we got. At 68 I've ordered too many of these sprays for funerals. This spray was ridiculously small compared to the others even though the cost was more than any spray we've purchased in the past. Needless to say we were not happy with the flowers at a cost of almost $250
