St.Agnes Flower Shop I would recommend as an out of state purchase I was unfamiliar with local stores. At first the delivery sent the wrong flowers to my friend, beautiful but not the size or style purchased. They quickly addressed the issue and re-delivered a beautiful arrangement for her birthday, incredibly satisfied with their kindness and artistic arranging style. Still not exactly what I anticipated from the photos on the website but that's to be expected with fresh arrangements.

DO.NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE Easily one of the worst customer experiences with this establishment. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place has proven that they’re incapable of improving based off prior failures. The first time I ordered from them for Valentine’s Day, I made two orders for the same address yet when they delivered the first bouquet, they stated they didn’t have anything else and it wasn’t until after Valentine’s Day that they realized the mistake. As always St. Agnes floral shop did a beautiful job adding colorful pink roses for a crystal vase I brought in. The arrangement is still blooming and I received many compliments on it. Thank you again for your talent and arranging exactly what I wanted! Rosalie Reap

Ordering was very easy.. confirmation was sent right away with total amt, and delivery would be made the same day, ordering before the deadline. My brother in law recd beautiful selection sent me picture with big smile on his face. I will definitely use St Agnes florist agsin. I have had equal experience from Floral Garden in Cicero, as I understand they cover for each other in response to choice of arrangement and location zone of delivery. Flowers were muchhh smaller than expected for amount paid. Delivery took longer than expected and it was hard to contact the store or get updated on my order. When someone would answer , they would instantly say please hold and you would hold for over an hr. If not longer. I don’t think I would choose this service again but it did work for my occasion so I do appreciate that the flowers were beautiful and delivered. Thank you
