I called St. Agnes to order 3 arrangements for calling hours for a funeral. I was told they didn't have enough flowers to do all, so I wanted them to do the one that was the most special to me. When I ordered them, they were to be delivered 10/18/25. When I came to the calling hours, I received notification from them that they were delivered. Changing my review to a 4 star due to the florist delivering a bigger bouquet this morning. I do want to note that when I went back on the website to see the images of the standard, deluxe, and premium bouquets, it seems the first bouquet was probably more of a standard size. I would hope that in the future this flower shop will be more consistent in matching the sizes of bouquets to what was ordered. Thank you for fixing the mistake. I attempted to place an order for funeral flowers and had an extremely poor experience. My first call was disconnected. The second call was also disconnected. On the third attempt, I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes with no assistance. Needless to say, I never placed my order and took my business elsewhere. I am glad their business is apparently thriving enough that they do not need new customers, but based on this experience, I would highly recommend looking for another florist, especially for something as time-sensit... read more

I had an easy time ordering through the shop and the gorgeous bouquet was delivered right on time! They were super accommodating in the delivery process and I cannot say how beautiful the arrangement truly is!!
