Recently my daughter had a Bridal Shower and she wanted to do a flower bar for her guests. The team at St. Agnes were so kind and helpful in guiding me through selecting the best flowers that would hold up in the heat as well as ensuring that I would have enough flowers for her guests to make nice bouquets to take home. DO.NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE Easily one of the worst customer experiences with this establishment. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place has proven that they’re incapable of improving based off prior failures. The first time I ordered from them for Valentine’s Day, I made two orders for the same address yet when they delivered the first bouquet, they stated they didn’t have anything else and it wasn’t until after Valentine’s Day that they realized the mistake. What a great place! It is my grandmas birthday today and I called a few florists and they could not get the delivery out today (I was a bit late). I called St. Agnes and spoke to this lovely woman named Shena who was amazing and who helped convince the owner to the last minute delivery. Kudos to the owner too. This is the type of thing that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside knowing businesses are still out there interested in helping people out. Thank you!!!
St.Agnes Flower Shop I would recommend as an out of state purchase I was unfamiliar with local stores. At first the delivery sent the wrong flowers to my friend, beautiful but not the size or style purchased. They quickly addressed the issue and re-delivered a beautiful arrangement for her birthday, incredibly satisfied with their kindness and artistic arranging style. Still not exactly what I anticipated from the photos on the website but that's to be expected with fresh arrangements.
As always St. Agnes floral shop did a beautiful job adding colorful pink roses for a crystal vase I brought in. The arrangement is still blooming and I received many compliments on it. Thank you again for your talent and arranging exactly what I wanted! Rosalie Reap
