I cannot express enough gratitude to Karla and her team who arranged 5 separate floral displays for my grandmother’s funeral service in a mere 3-4 days. They were more beautiful than I could ever have imagined, and I am forever grateful to Karla and her team for making my last gift to my grandmother so special. Beautiful arrangements, prompt and professional!! Exceeded expectations! The florist that the funeral home had set up was completely booked and could not accept my order. I called Southwest to place my order on the day of the viewing and they made sure to have it there in time! They were professional, kind, prompt and exceeded my expectations on the beautiful arrangement. I will definitely be going back to them anytime I need something like this!
Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on a Wednesday afternoon with a delivery scheduled for Friday. Price was reasonable. No one home on delivery day. Driver left me a message. When contacted the following day, driver added house to the delivery queue. Mom was happy! I was happy mom was happy!
I'm never been disappointed ordering flowers from Southwest! I've been ordering for years and they get it right every time. The arrangements are beautiful and delivery is always on time.
The florist's website did not state they do not deliver to the address/town where my order was to be delivered. That said, I did receive a phone call stating such. The call was much appreciated.
