I can’t thank Southwest Florist enough for creating a beautiful easel display for my grandmothers services with only two hours notice. Our FTD order cancelled at the last minute while we were en route from North Texas for the visitation. Not only did they create the beautiful arrangement but had it delivered early. Beautiful arrangements, prompt and professional!! Exceeded expectations! The florist that the funeral home had set up was completely booked and could not accept my order. I called Southwest to place my order on the day of the viewing and they made sure to have it there in time! They were professional, kind, prompt and exceeded my expectations on the beautiful arrangement. I will definitely be going back to them anytime I need something like this!
Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on a Wednesday afternoon with a delivery scheduled for Friday. Price was reasonable. No one home on delivery day. Driver left me a message. When contacted the following day, driver added house to the delivery queue. Mom was happy! I was happy mom was happy!
