Super talented ladies and so easy to deal with. They are always so friendly and helpful when ordering or going in to buy gifts. Recently, we went in to purchase greenery for a craft that we had never done before, and the ladies helped with ordering everything we needed, and they turned out amazing!

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. After describing what I wanted we had a short discussion to confirm I was getting exactly what I wanted. They were even able to deliver a few hours later. Beautiful fresh flowers, great communication and super customer service. I will order from Rustic Chic Flowers again.

Excellent customer service. I ordered and paid over the phone with no problem and got exactly what I wanted. Friendliest store in town. Will order again. Love shopping in their store. Great Christmas gift ideas in store.
