What a rip off! I called in an order for a $50 bouquet and the woman upsold me to $75 saying that $75 would get me a more "full and dramatic bouquet" - I agreed to spend the extra money and picked up what looked like a $15 bouquet I'd buy at a corner deli. I'm never getting flowers from this place again. See photo - does this look like a $75 bouquet to you?
Ordered long stem red roses delivered for my Valentine. They arrived at time, and were beautifully arranged in the vase. I could have tried to do better myself, but would have failed. Rodier treated me like their only customer on a day when I clearly was not. I highly recommend them for all your flower days
Rodier Flowers/ 381 Main Street, Ridgefield, CT I recently placed two identical orders to be sent to two different people. I based my purchases off their website photo (on the left) and Rodier's description of "romantic roses" in shades of pink and lavender. When I called Mary (owner) and sent a photo (on the right) of what Rodier sent she said substitutions were made due to availability and nothing would be done! Awful, no stars, I ordered a specific arrangement which I ordered over the phone and spoke with a consultant from the store who said they could do the arrangement but didn’t have candy canes so we substituted candles and she gave me a price for the premium arrangement, which is the largest. ⭐️ Buyer beware — stay away from Brewster Flower Garden / Rodier Flowers I ordered flowers from out of town to be delivered to my mom. I ordered a medium-sized bouquet with roses and paid $158 total, including a $25 shipping fee that I didn’t realize until checkout. I only learned there was a problem after my mother sent me a picture of what was delivered.
