The flowers I ordered by phone were gorgeous. I had some specific requests, and Shirley made sure the designer followed them so the arrangement came out exactly as I had envisioned. Beautiful.
I wasn’t going to comment, but I had a really disappointing experience with Rodier - and I can’t sit with the “resolution”. The flower arrangement my husband ordered for Mother's Day arrived damaged...and dying. When we complained, we were sent a "replacement" bouquet; a handful of flowers we were told to use to pick out and replace the damaged/dead flowers included in their original, messed up arrangement. I need more stars for this review!!!!! Rodier Flowers came through like a champ! My original plans for flowers (ProFlowers can pound sand!) fell through last night for a funeral THIS morning. I live out of state and just took a chance. They treated me like I was a regular, big spender at their shop, and it was done as the NORM. Thank you, Rodier Florist for your beautiful floral arrangements for our son’s welcome party before his wedding. Everyone was so professional, helpful, and their attention to detail was wonderful. Many people commented on how beautiful the arrangements were. My husband and I are so glad that we chose Rodier Florist for this event.
I was disappointed by my interaction with the salesperson yesterday as well as the quality of the bouquet received. I called in to place an order for delivery and she informed me that the smallest bouquet was $85. I knew that wasn’t true because I’d purchased a bouquet before so I tried to get more information and this is when she started to become annoyed and have an attitude.
