Awful, no stars, I ordered a specific arrangement which I ordered over the phone and spoke with a consultant from the store who said they could do the arrangement but didn’t have candy canes so we substituted candles and she gave me a price for the premium arrangement, which is the largest. Recently ordered flowers for a wake from Rodier Flowers. The arrangement was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The process was easy as well. We ordered from an image on line and definitely knew we had picked the right florist when we saw the bouquet at the wake. Definitely would recommend Rodier Flowers.

The flowers I ordered by phone were gorgeous. I had some specific requests, and Shirley made sure the designer followed them so the arrangement came out exactly as I had envisioned. Beautiful.

I wasn’t going to comment, but I had a really disappointing experience with Rodier - and I can’t sit with the “resolution”. The flower arrangement my husband ordered for Mother's Day arrived damaged...and dying. When we complained, we were sent a "replacement" bouquet; a handful of flowers we were told to use to pick out and replace the damaged/dead flowers included in their original, messed up arrangement. Rodiers created beautiful nosegay bouquets for my husband to give to our granddaughters age 5 & 7 for their father/grandfather/daughter dance. They were so special with small pink & white roses. The girls literally screamed with joy when they saw them. I've used Rodiers for years. They listen with their hearts and create exactly what you're asking for. I will always go there for all my floral needs.
