The best decision I ever made! They have excellent service! Never had a complaint when I have used them.
Worst idea ever! I ordered 102.00 worth of flowers on line to be delivered to my wife at work for our anniversary. 8 hours later no flowers. Called the first time to find out what happened and was told the supervisors were in a meeting. I called 30 minutes later and get someone else and had to go through the process again. It's now 15 minutes till she's off work and I look like an ass for not acknowledging our anniversary. Flowers are for special and specific occasions. I can't change the date to correct the issue. Follow up on last review. I was told that it was her fault for leaving early. She was there in the parking lot at 4 pm. Just because you close at 5 pm doesn't mean they close at 5 pm. Who wants to have flowers delivered to there car on the way home? Then I'm told it's my fault for ordering online. This is where you should be cautious. It's there home page but ordering on line is placed through another company. You won't know that but you will be told that even though you order at 7.30 am they won't receive your order until 1... read more
