Usually this is mine and my significant others florist of choice. However, my girlfriend decided to splurge and get me “The Grand Gesture” arrangement for Valentine’s Day. As you can see by the photo, it’s grand. Upon delivery, this is what I received. Looks absolutely nothing like the photo and not worth $200 AT ALL. Refused a refund. Offered half back. An absolute joke and robbery. Will not be using Raimondi’s again.
First let me say the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I am very grateful for the service provided. I originally ordered flowers from another place. They were supposed to deliver them the day before and failed to do so. They didn’t make me aware they failed until almost 7 pm. I’m immediately cancelled that. I ordered a large flower arrangement for the funeral home for a family member. I ordered it on line and it was gorgeous! It looked exactly as pictured but even better in person. The flowers were fresh. Delivery was on time, as ordered. Plus I received an email confirming the delivery. I am very happy with this purchase.
Absolutely love this florist! Every bouquet is fresh, beautifully arranged, and full of vibrant colors. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping me choose the perfect flowers for a special occasion. Delivery was prompt and everything looked stunning upon arrival.
