Their customer service is the best I have experienced. The flowers mom got for were even more beautiful than pictures online to order. That is normally not the case. We will ONLY use this florist in the future.

I ordered flowers last minute for my Mom, and kind of expected that they wouldn’t arrive at her office until close to the end of the day. To my surprise, I got a text from her at 10:30am thanking me for the flowers! Plainfield Florist was prompt, and the flowers looked just like the picture from online; that never happens when I order flowers! I will definitely order from Plainfield Florist again.
