I cannot recommend this flower shop enough! I live out of state, so I was nervous about making sure I had everything right for my friend's delivery. From the moment I called, the woman who helped me was incredibly kind, friendly, and reassuring. She immediately put me at ease and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I love Petals Plus. First of all, they are always ready to create an arrangement, even during a busy season. I had someone I wanted to send flowers to, but worried they might not have time since it was 5 days before Valentine Day. Not a problem for Cassie & her crew. Took the order about 1 & delivery was done same day. Second, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I requested bright & cheery to lift their spirit and they were stunning. I just love this hometown florist.

I order flowers quite often from different florists so I understand that what’s online isn’t always exactly what you get but I am very disappointed that they delivered something that was nothing like what I ordered. I really liked the vase and how colorful it was and the person I ordered for got something completely different with a bunch of greenery. I am extremely disappointed with the flowers delivered to my sister last week. I order flowers regularly for either birthdays or funerals, etc. I understand flowers won’t be exact to online photos and I am always happy with what the arrangements look like. This time I ordered flowers from Petals Plus for a promotion. The flowers that were delivered did not reflect what I paid for. The flowers were basic. The vase was plain.
