We ordered a $120 (plus $18 delivery) bunch of natives for my 81 year old MIL and sadly they were this bunch that was delivered. My MIL was shocked at the difference of bouquets from past years we had sent although same amount spent. Contacted the customer service who offered 50% refund on our cost - I requested a new bunch to be sent as ordered along with the refund due to the disappointment and the unprofessional florist who thought this was acceptable to send out. Declined. Will not use this company again.
Very disappointing experience, especially for a Mother’s Day order. I ordered the “Universal Love” arrangement specifically because of the soft pink flowers, succulents, and overall aesthetic shown on the website. What was delivered looked completely different — different flower types, lots of purple flowers instead of the pink arrangement advertised, and the succulents were missing entirely. Ordered 2 days in advance for my Nana’s birthday, and they were not able to complete my order in time. Despite offering same day delivery. Very disappointed. *UPDATE. The flowers also look nothing like the picture, so underwhelming. I could’ve grabbed an arrangement like this from Woolworths for half the price. Definitely don’t recommend.
I purchased some Christmas flowers from petals florist network for Christmas Day as a floral arrangement for the table. It was $107 dollars including delivery. I ordered the ‘heart of Christmas’. See below of a photo of what I ordered vs what I received 2 days before Christmas. I even double checked my email to ensure I do purchase the ‘heart of Christmas’ with the red roses. Not overly impressed with the quality of the flowers provided for $130. Worn out and won't last very long. Very difficult to contact the 1800 number for support and no replies to update email provided. For a total cost of $150, I won't be using petals network again.
