$103 for a bunch of Lillies for Mother Day. They arrived late, and the card appeared to be smudged and of poor quality. I thought I had ordered through a local company but was redirected to Petals Network. Never again… how embarrassing to receive these… photo of what my mother received vs the photo advertised on their website.
What an appalling company to deal with. Do not purchase from them. My flowers arrived a day late, were half dead, had a card scrawled on with illegible child’s writing, they lied to the originating florist about what happened to my flowers, and they have refused to replace them. My sister paid $150 for this order from a florist interstate who uses Petals Network for delivery outside their area. Florists be warned, this company will ruin your reputation. Consumers be warned these fools are incompetent.
Ordered flowers for birthday. Sent a $22 box of Cadbury chocolates and paid $40 for it! When I raised concerns for the average chocolates it was brushed off. No sorry or will advise the florist. Offered a voucher for next order. I definitely will not be ordering through petals or use that florist again.
I would love to be able to add a photo or video of my lovely bunch of flowers but after they were supposed to arrive on my birthday I am still waiting three weeks later! TERRIBLE service, so disappointed as I have ordered flowers for my mum who is very sick in hospital and might not make next birthday and today out of all the days despite I ordered flowers week ago and don’t forget son is losing his mum so I have been so very stressed so as it didn’t ask me for time of delivery I prayed will be morning delivery.
