Pennys is amazing! They made my prom flowers in high school, over the summer they made my friends wedding flowers, and recently they made my mom’s funeral flowers. There’s something so reassuring about having a small business walk with you through all the steps of life 😊. My favorite type of arrangement from them are their designers choice ones! The designers always blow me away with their creativity when I give them the chance!
As an out of town customer, Penny's provided me with exceptional service and patience as I navigated ordering flowers for a funeral. A locally owned shop, they were incredibly professional and caring and took the time to send several photos of options for our arrangement--and then sent a photo of the actual arrangement. Nice people but I wasn’t a fan of the arrangement. I asked for soft, pastel colors, mostly white, pink, and purple. We also agreed on a short, lush arrangement which would include more flowers, and I felt this was a bit lacking. I also did not care for the greenery used, especially the fern stems.
I ordered a deluxe Cotton Candy flower arrangement for my mother because today is her birthday. When it showed up it was sparse and didn't have the flowers it was supposed to have included (based on the picture). I normally let things like this go but because the arrangement was so different from the one that the picture showed and it was for my mom's birthday I decided to call and let them know. Such beautiful work done by these ladies. I ordered flowers from Pennys for my husbands funeral and the amount of support and understanding i received was astounding. The arrangements made were all absolutely stunning and I was so happy to see my Husband get such nice flowers for his last farewell.
