I've ordered several arrangements from Pennsburg Petals and their customer service is GREAT!!! I've called and spoke to Sandy. She is always friendly and helpful. I understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy time for florists, but these roses were dead when they arranged them. The arrangement for my three year old looked like it was for an 80 year old, had the floral tape visible and several of the flowers were dead. Super disappointed, we will not order from here again.
