I am very disappointed in the arrangement we received this morning. Received 9 stems of Ranunculus Flowers that are already dying. Petals are browning and already falling off. Nothing else in the bunch with a price tag of $120. With a card, taxes and delivery it came to $175. This was for my wife's birthday. So disheartening! Looks like a kid took some out of a neighbour's yard. And yes, the owner did reach out to try and rectify the issue however after going back and forth a couple times, I stand by my post. Patti's did a fruit and nut basket for us for a customer and it was so beautiful. The produce was fresh and the plant gorgeous. We will be using their services again for sure. It arrived just as requested as well.
First time customer and would definitely use this florist again! Ordered online and delivered in less than four hours - fantastic customer service. Beautiful floral arrangement meeting my expectations and very well-priced (compared to other online florists). Highly recommend you leave arrangement up to talented staff as they made stunning bouquet and recipient was thrilled
Alot of tears on Saturday, I ordered flowers from Patti for my niece's wedding as my gift to her and because of traffic I arrived 10 minutes late and the shop was locked up tight. No way to get a hold of Patti, And no bouquet and no boutonniere for the groom. I believe she could have easily picked up the phone before she locked up the shop to discover I was only minutes away in traffic. Booked a bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday, totally disappointed. Spent $153 The first picture is what they showed on their website, the second picture is what I received. The actual bouquet looks more uni-colored than the picture, all pink flowers, no orange no yellow. Flowers look not fresh, some are curling. Talked about it with the staff, they told me that it’s because the flowers just arrived fresh today and that they are still in buds.
