Edit: The response is a great reflection of customer service. I didn’t “order” flowers. I went into the store, as I mention in the review. I will also add that I’ve not confused this experience with a different place. I chose to leave a review of my experience. I purchased flowers for our neighbours who had lost a loved one, but unfortunately, they began wilting within just a few days.
