Palms made a beautiful arrangement for my uncle's funeral and delivered it promptly. The arrangement looked just like it's picture. It was a patriotic arrangement to honor my uncle's service in the Navy during the Vietnam war. I will use Palms Floral Designs again.
The arrangement we selected for our nephew's celebration of life was beautifully made,and looked exactly like the premium selection we requested. While we did not see it in person,our niece provided us with a photo.Thank you for the lovely craftsmanship and for helping us honor our nephew's life. I gave 4 stars only because we did not recieve notification of the delivery and had to call our family,during such a stressful time,to verify the delivery.
The Beautiful Flowers I received on My 39th Anniversary along with the Puppy Dog and Amazing Chocolates words cannot explain! The Lady that brought them was very nice and excited to give to me! It was a Surprise and it was a Wonderful One! Thank You. Very much. Totally Loved it all. Oh and the balloon were lovely also!

I ordered a 4th of July Birthday arrangement, I was told it would have flags, red, white, and blue, colors/ ribbon, but it had everything but red, white and blue, I was very clear and specific to what I wanted, even asked to send a text of the arrangement, and said, she would, but didn’t even keep her word because she knew it was not what I had ordered.
