I am extremely disappointed with this experience. My chocolates were not delivered on Saturday as promised, and again they were not delivered today. There was no communication, no update, and no explanation. To make matters worse, I just noticed that a refund was issued yesterday without anyone contacting me. There was no notification, no follow-up, and no courtesy message advising me that the order would not be delivered. The staff is amazing she actually put together the bouquet herself in front of me and it looks amazing definitely coming back here for fresh roses some other time it’s worth it way better than getting those stuff in a grocery store
The quality of the roses left us extremely satisfied. A beautiful arrangement, simple because that's how I chose it, and they made it incredibly elegant. I received many compliments when traveling from one state to another using private and public transportation. Excellent service, the owner was very friendly, and the prices were excellent.
