I ordered a bouquet of flowers for someone special, and my order was canceled without any notice or explanation. The only reason I found out was because I saw the refund in my bank account. When you are overseas this is frustrating. Their customer service is terrible: there’s no customer service. No one contacted me to let me know that my order had been canceled, which meant I completely missed the opportunity to surprise that special person with the gift I had planned. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. My chocolates were not delivered on Saturday as promised, and again they were not delivered today. There was no communication, no update, and no explanation. To make matters worse, I just noticed that a refund was issued yesterday without anyone contacting me. There was no notification, no follow-up, and no courtesy message advising me that the order would not be delivered. The staff is amazing she actually put together the bouquet herself in front of me and it looks amazing definitely coming back here for fresh roses some other time it’s worth it way better than getting those stuff in a grocery store
I had a very hard time looking for a great bouquet for someone as a gift and I came here. They helped me so much. The Flowers were beautiful and the customer service is top of the line. They made sure I was taken care of and that my expectations were not only met but also surpassed.
