Move on to another florist! I was so disappointed and embarrassed in the Secret Garden "arrangement" that was sent to my friend for her birthday. I understand that arrangements may vary based on availability but what was pictured was 5 delicate plants plants and what was sent was 3 pots stuffed in a basket to or $115.00 + tax & delivery. One plant being a poinsettia. In February???? Give me a break. I received a delivery 2 live flowering plants on March 7,2026 as a birthday gift. Upon receipt one was a flowering plants was past flowering and someone cut off all the dead flowers. The other one was almost past bloom and today the flowers on the plant are all wilted. The didn’t even try to make it look better with a bow. It had a simple 2 loop bow that didn’t match anything. My wonderful husband bought me 2 bouquets from this place. One on Feb 5 and the other, which are the roses attached, on Feb 14th. Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the 1st one, which was a deluxe and very underwhelming. It cost 135 dollars and it looked like the 20.99 bouquet from stop and shop. It lasted 5 days and all the flowers petals were on the floor. The roses, pics attached, cost $334, yes $334. Within 2 days the roses started to droop and turn brown. Yes I added water regularly. I'm in tears driving away. Spent $125 on a tiny bouquet with tea roses that look dead on the outside. I held the bouquet in the store & felt so unhappy. When i asked for a refund ( i prepaid) they said no. The girl then started plucking out the dress petals & told me they come like that, it's the outer layer of the roses.
