My husband used FTD to send me an anniversary arrangement. The delivery was a day early (not our anniversary) and what was delivered was a FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT. Absolutely NOTHING like the photo. It was made of almost all carnations. To make matters worse, the carnations were all dead or dying. It had palm branches in the back and everyone thought someone died. Flowers were delivered one day late. Left at my porch in the cold and rain with no phone call to let me know they were delivered. Flowers were not what my best friend ordered. See picture from 1800 flowers vs. what I received. Many of the stems were broken. This was supposed to be a $75 arrangement and what was delivered was $10 worth of flowers. These were a gift but after I was told/shown what they were supposed to look like it was a slight disappointment they’re still beautiful but not what was ordered. First pic the order; second pic what I received.
Flowers were never delivered, tried to call went directly to voicemail with a mailbox that was full. The charge on my card was for a totally different named florist and that florist was out of business. Don't order from this "Florist"
My Mother's Day Flowers showed up on Friday and were not the freshest. Mother's day morning the roses are dying and the flowers are wilting. The arrangement has plenty of water.
