I've been trying to contact this florist all morning. I don't know how I didn't notice the bad reviews they have. I placed an order that needed to be delivered before 12 p.m. because after 12 p.m. the person receiving it was going on a trip. I called, and they told me yes, they would make the delivery before 12 p.m. However, by this time, I haven't heard anything about my delivery, nor have they answered my calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
They were very friendly on the phone after the website failed to take my order... but don't bother upgrading the the deluxe or super duper bouquets... the $80 bouquet i sent was much smaller than i thought it should have been. i can't believe the basic level one could have been any smaller....
My husband used FTD to send me an anniversary arrangement. The delivery was a day early (not our anniversary) and what was delivered was a FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT. Absolutely NOTHING like the photo. It was made of almost all carnations. To make matters worse, the carnations were all dead or dying. It had palm branches in the back and everyone thought someone died. My friend sent me Flowers for 2/14/2025 from them. It is 2/18/25 and have yet to receive the flowers. We try calling the store and it goes straight to vm with the vm full so we can’t even get a hold of the store! This is a SCAM!
Flowers were delivered one day late. Left at my porch in the cold and rain with no phone call to let me know they were delivered. Flowers were not what my best friend ordered. See picture from 1800 flowers vs. what I received. Many of the stems were broken. This was supposed to be a $75 arrangement and what was delivered was $10 worth of flowers.
