Ordering a funeral wreath for my 46 yr. old cousin was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but I knew it had to be special because she was the most amazing person ever. I called Nancy’s, and spoke with the owner herself and told her my special request. She created the most beautiful floral wreath that I’ve ever seen. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was. You will not be disappointed if you go with Nancy Sell’s Flowers-as you can see from the picture, they do absolutely beautiful work!! ❤️
I have used Nancy Sell's Flowers a couple of times now. And I can honestly say, both deliveries exceeded my expectations. They pay attention to details. The arrangements were outstanding. Nancy works magic! Came in with my vase and she put this together in 15 minutes! Beautiful!! Great customer service willing to please!! Just the same as our Wedding flowers 33 years ago!! She’s the best!!
Flowers we're not even close to what I bought online. They were so small even though I paid for the largest option and I understand you won't get exact but they were soooo far off it was pathetic. Also I left a 20% tip so the recipient wouldn't have to spend any money and delivery person wouldn't leave without another tip. Edit: After review was made they attempted to make the situation better by bringing new flowers but then took back the original vase they gave the flower recipient. Needed a special birthday arrangement with same day delivery. Even though she was short-staffed, Nancy came through and beautiful flowers were delivered. Had one small hiccup with the hydrangeas, which again, Nancy addressed immediately. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thanks again Nancy!
