Stopped her on a whim because it was Friday before Mother’s Day and my mum was in town visiting me (normally I would sending flowers instead) saw the sign from down the street so I walked in not having any expectations. Beautiful ready made arrangements in the cooler priced $55-75 in my opinion that’s very reasonable. I went in for a bouquet just because I wanted some fresh flowers for my house and stumbled upon this shop while walking to the train I don’t know if the guy I spoke to was the owner but he was so nice gave me a free rose and set up my bouquet so beautifully and the staff in the back was lovely as well they showed me some of the arrangements they were doing for a funeral and it looked gorgeous I will definitely be stopping by again for more flowers or if I ever need anything for a future event thank you for being so kind and ... read more

I ordered the flowers for my mom, Patricia Mayo’s funeral on Saturday, 9/11/21. They were beautiful!!!!! OMG, it was kind of last minute, I mean, we ordered them on Thursday. But, they were beautiful! Thank you so much Michael’s! Good job! You lived up to your reputation, big time!!!!!

Didn't deliver flowers on St-V day despite pre-order 3 days in advance and a confirmation that the flowers are out for delivery. Didn't call back, didn't respond to emails. Issued a refund 4 days later after 3 phone calls.
