I bought a “zen” piece… or so I thought I did. I spent $80 for this piece they offered. She called me to inform me that she might not be able to get the “bamboo” from her supplier & that was her only concern. But if she doesn’t call me back. It’s all good. She never called me back so I assume it was good. But what I picked up was anything but beautiful. This piece was suppose to be placed on a nice flat tray. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in to get a boutonnière and corsage. Instead got two boutonnière and claimed one was a corsage. Went in to get a refund then he proceeded to call my mom a bad mother for her son sticking up for her when he was speaking disrespectfully to her. He then proceeded to record us saying we are bad customers. I have it all on recording, every single interaction we had with him. Will not go back ever. Very disappointed with the service.
Anjali and her team came to the rescue when my florist canceled last minute; we were able to get our fresh flowers from May Rose because a) they were available on my wedding date and b) their offer was within our budget! Anjali's team also delivered the flowers the morning of and they were super flexible and accomodating. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, I highly recommend getting your wedding flowers from here. Thank you so much for everything! Sincerely, one happy bride 👰 💖
Hello! I recently purchased a basket order from May Rose for my sister and she loved them!!! She texted me 2 times to tell me how much she loved them! I will certainly use May Rose again!
DO NOT ORDER YOUR BOUQUET FROM HERE!! First of all, the bouquet i received was not the bouquet i ordered. I asked for white and dusty rose roses and i got yellow roses instead. So i called her and told her the flowers are yellow and not white and her response was no thats your lighting.. the roses were not even fresh, they looked like they were gonna die when i received them.
