My experience with Mary's Flowers was outstanding. The florist answered my call after hours and accepted the order via phone while she was away from the flower shop. Even though my call came in after the store closed, the florist treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion. She went above and beyond by sending me a photo of the beautiful heart shaped standing spray we ordered and letting me know the arrangement had been delivered to the funeral home. Our experience with Mary's Flowers was positive. In our initial attempts to reach them, our calls went to an answering device. However, we heard they created beautiful arrangements so we tried again and once we placed our order, they did not disappoint. We were looking for a beautiful autumn spray for my brother's 'celebration of life' & funeral service. The arrangement was bright and full... fresh flowers in gold, burgundy and orange colors. It was just what we had in mine.
My husband sent me an arrangement and it arrived with broken flower stems blown roses and brused a brused up lilly. It was delivered Monday afternoon and by Monday evening I had to remove the lilly and 3 roses. When I sent pictures and let them know the situation they replied to my email with a photo of the arrangement before it left the shop. I couldn't even get a response with words. I don't recommend this flower shop at all!
So, I am very disappointed in a Valentine's Day order that I made and the fact that I haven't been contacted back about the situation. The rose package I ordered was the Deluxe yet the rose package delivered was the standard. The Deluxe package was much more expensive than the standard, so I need this resolved ASAP because I want my money back. I definitely would not recommend this place. They can't even call you back after leaving messages. I feel like I was conned.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY THE COMPLAINT WAS HANDLED, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!I had placed an order for a arrangement in feminine colors for a funeral and what I received was plant instead. There was no communication regarding the change, and when I called to express my disappointment all I received was an "OH WELL". Thanks for an over priced vase of crap. The woman who answered the phone could not be understood. She got annoyed when I kept asking her to repeat herself. Never will use this place again.
Flowers NEVER showed up. Ordered before 2;00 p.m. , had delivery for a saturday and not sunday as per instructions and NEVER made it. Do not put your trust in Mary's Flowers
