This was my first time ordering, and the service and flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful. I ordered a casket spray and a standing spray, and they were worth every dollar. I will definitely be returning for future floral arrangement needs. The staff was very patient and understanding; once I shared that the order was for a funeral, they offered their condolences and handled everything with care. Very disappointed. They used Oak tree for the back ground greenery. Acorns where still attached to them🤦♀️. Suppose to be flowers for a memorial and we where promised something completely different then what we got. I never seen a florist use tree branches in flower arrangements. We didn't get what we payed for. Even the smaller arrangements where not what we where promised or expected. I will post the pictures we requested and what we got. I've passed by this place a thousand times & never payed any attention to it until today. I went here because the people I usually use was closed. I was very impressed with the service & quality of items they had available. I asked about getting an arrangement & did a GREAT JOB on 10 min! This will be my new spot.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a $235 bouquet with a large number of Roses and Flowers. Received an extremely stripped down version but still charged the full price. See the picture of what I selected and ordered and then what I received.
