BEWARE of Switch up! Ordered Premium Precious Petals bouquet w/Swirl vase (1st photo) at over $100 with the delivery fee and tax . Instead, this florist sent a cheap substitute bouquet (2nd photo) that did not resemble the photo at all and without the swirl vase! I found fresher & better flowers at my grocery store at 3 bunches for $12 (3rd and 4th photos ). This florist is not reliable! They do not deliver on the day that they promise, and they have poor customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my friend’s birthday. The shop called me the morning of the delivery to verify the phone number of the recipient, which I provided. Then they did not deliver the flowers or get back in touch with me. I ordered a $103 "Truly Stunning Bouquet" to be delivered to a friend in the hospital. I chose the bouquet based on a truly stunning photo on line. I was disgusted when I visited my friend in the hospital and saw the dinky little arrangement they sent. It made me look cheap. Tried emailing the florist so I could share the photos and give them a chance to make it right... the email doesn't work. Adding 2 photos... the one from the online picture, and one from the hospital. :-(
