I ordered a floral arrangement for a friend's birthday and was very happy with both the customer service and arrangement. As soon as I place the order, Susanne contacted me to let me know the shop didn't have the exact flowers needed for the order and asked if they had my permission to create an arrangement instead. I can't thank MacArthur's enough for the stunning bouquet they created for my daughter's birthday! The bouquet was vibrant, fresh, and absolutely beautiful & everything I had hoped for. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. My daughter was thrilled, and the flowers truly added something special to her day. We were at this location when my father pass and they listen to me and my wife as well as my mom for a floral arrangement. We were extremely happy with the final result, order place and received same day. We have an extremely close friend of family that suddenly pass. This location was my first and only stop. The staff is amazing and the floral designer is incredibly talented. Would recommend to anyone. Charlie
