I order flowers for Grandma every few months from out of Province. MacArthur's website is easy to navigate, they have a variety of options to choose from to fit many budgets, they communicate well and deliver beautiful arrangements in a timely manner. They also offer add ons such as balloons, full size cards and chocolates. 100% recommend.
The whole experience, from the creating an account to save previous order details, right down to the communication from the shop back and forth. Absolutely amazing. We had ordered a few different arrangements for a funeral and they were perfect! All of them were even more beautiful in person and more. Thank you all for your services, great job.
Absolutely loved the bouquet I received! The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and even more stunning in person. You can tell a lot of care went into putting it together. It made my day!
THE BEST!! Stopped by today to get flowers for Mother’s Day and got the custom bouquet that exceeded all expectations. The florist (Jay) that helped us is so talented. Not only Jay made a masterpiece out of shapeless pile of flowers I brought to him, but the owner and his whole family was there to assist and chat. What a wonderful family owns this place!! I took my mom and kids to McArthurs to check out all the beautiful Christmas decor they have out. My 5 year old daughter picked out an owl ornament she wanted and then accidentally broke it and was very upset. One of the ladies came out to see why she was crying and told her that she could pick another one. The lady was so compassionate with my daughter. I tried to pay for the broken one but they wouldn’t allow me. Also love that when you buy a pot and plant they will pot the new plant for you. Everyone there is really great... read more
