I have bought my flowers for over 30 years at Highland. They have never failed me with the quality of their products and when you're looking for a special colour as in roses if they don't have it, they will bring them in for you. and they're absolutely gorgeous roses, which I've always bought through Highland. The last ones I just bought for Valentine's Day for my daughters were red roses. "This is the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever received". 10/10 for the roses I had reserved for valentines day and also the ladies working that day were 100% right. I would have regretted walking out after seeing the black bouquet, which my girlfriend absolutely adores as well. Very happy with the great customer service from this shop! They were able to accomodate my last minute request to send a bouquet to a nearby restaurant for my sister's birthday. I received an email confirmation right away that clearly confirmed everything we discussed, including the exact wording for the card, which I really appreciated.
