My daughter purchased mother days flowers - they attempted to deliver by txt my phone number by a 619 # - I called it back left a message - went directly to voicemail . Then I get a call from a 951 number in lake Elsinore - saying I had to pick up my flowers . Awful , and unprofessional. The lady on the phone was unprofessional- stating we only do one attempt , and a moan in her tone of voice - as if she was disciplining me. My daughter is in the process of getting a refund through her credit card . Beware !! Beware!!

The flowers I ordered for my niece looked beautiful, but wasn’t worth $100. I’m happy I upgraded from $75. I hate to see what that would have looked like. I’m very familiar with the cost of flowers and greenery, so this was a sad representation. The lady I spoke with also wanted a tip for her and the driver! What?? I never heard of that!!
