I called from California really last minute around 10AM to ask if they could deliver flowers ASAP to my sister in Kent and they got it to her by 11AM! It’s because my sister lived right next to this location but still they were so sweet and made the purchase so easy over call. I got the Jumping for Joy - standard and they had to substitute the tall purple flowers with some others ones and they still turned out beautifully!! I wanted to send something special to my daughter for her birthday. She lives out of state from where I am and I was cautious on picking a florist online. I chose Kent, Bud and Bloom and was not disappointed at all. The flowers were beautiful and made my daughter‘s birthday extra special. I will definitely use them again for future flower delivery.
I placed my order the morning of my chosen delivery day, even though it was being sent locally all the way from North Carolina. Delivery was impressively quick and the arrangement looked exactly as it did on the website. The recipient also mentioned that the delivery person was very polite. Wonderful service all around!
I have purchased flowers from Kent Buds & Blooms before but our purchase for Mother's Day did not go so well. Flowers were delivered mid day on Sunday which was great but came with broken stems and some flowers that were already wilting. My 15 year old who purchased the flowers was very disappointed in what he got to give to his Mom when they showed up and wished he had just gone to the local QFC instead. I may buy flowers from them again but not for a busy holiday.
I came in with an insulated wine cup and asked for a living floral arrangement to honor the passing of a friend. The care and attention to the arrangement was everything I could have imagined. Making it easy for the receiving family to care for the gift with potting the succulents separately from the flowers... Just one of the ways this place fulfilled and exceeded every expectation.
