Ken’s Flower Shop did an excellent job on my online order. I ordered the ‘48 Ford pickup arrangement with a “Congratulations” Mylar. It was perfectly done and delivered on time. The male recipient was very appreciative! I appreciate the great customer service at Ken’s Flower Shop and will do business there again. I highly recommend Ken’s!
Shout out to Ken's flower shop for their great service and beautiful arrangements! I needed a couple of arrangements for our office, I went to a couple other shops and their ready to go flowers were just not it, Ken's was my 3rd stop and WOW! They had gorgeous pre-made arrangements ready to go, modern vases, great service! One lady noticed a flower was just slightly wilted and they swapped it out for me without me even asking. She even helped me to my car! Amazing job!
I placed the order over the phone for my nephews service. Although I was distraught and probably didn’t explain myself very well, they talked me through the process. My family sent me a photo of the arrangement and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were beautiful! I would highly recommend this business!
Placed an order for a residential delivery on a Tuesday for a Monday delivery then found out on that Monday the recipient wouldn’t be at home that day. I called them early that morning and they easily changed the delivery to a later date. Very helpful staff. Thank you for the great service!
