House of Flowers has been a business I’ve been using for years now. They deliver beautiful, quality arrangements and plants to a loved one I have in Lubbock TX. I live out of state, and have always been so happy and thrilled with all the florals I have contacted them for. They also deliver and have the most exceptional team at their location. I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all floral needs!
Ordered flowers online to the hospital for my aunt who is almost on her death bed. I called the flower shop this morning to ask if they could send a photo of the arrangement as my aunt doesn’t even own a cellphone and I wanted to see the flowers I paid $115 for. The lady who answered was rude and told me she would look out for my order but I never heard from her again. My original planner had a personal emergency and couldn’t do the flowers for my event, so I called House of Flowers hoping they could help on short notice (3 days before). HOUSE OF FLOWERS IS THE BEST!!! Casket flowers ordered online a week before the funeral never arrived - at 9A they put together a stunning arrangement in 30 minutes and saved the day! By 9:30A we had a beautiful arrangement for a 10A funeral! I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to their craft and their unbelievable compassion. They went out of their way to assist us and we are so incredibly thankful! I will never use anyone else in Lubbock!!! Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
