HOUSE OF FLOWERS IS THE BEST!!! Casket flowers ordered online a week before the funeral never arrived - at 9A they put together a stunning arrangement in 30 minutes and saved the day! By 9:30A we had a beautiful arrangement for a 10A funeral! I cannot thank them enough for their commitment to their craft and their unbelievable compassion. They went out of their way to assist us and we are so incredibly thankful! I will never use anyone else in Lubbock!!! Thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Well... I had two orders for mothers day. One was a floral arrangement for my grandmother which turned out AMAZING, and the other was a succulent arrangement that... well... yikes. Normally I'd call and ask to exchange it (like I said, the flowers are great), but my step mother likes it so I guess that's what matters🤣 I get that the arrangements may not look as advertised online, but this is plain embarrassing.
