The bouquet was beautiful and delivered promptly. This was the first time I've ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife same day online where I wasn't disappointed with what she received. I will only use Hirzel Brothers for my floral needs!
I ordered an elegant arrangement with few flowers and a beautiful vase. I got something different with a bunch of flowers and a different vase. I do understand that sometimes they cannot exactly match the arrangement. However, the arrangement which was delivered did not look elegant.
We live out of town but I remembered having positive experiences and arrangements when using them in the past. I’m glad I chose them. In 2 separate instances I used them for a plant to be delivered for a funeral. The plants I chose and what was delivered was 100% accurate and correct. I’ll be using them for every flower or plant delivery need I have! Online ordering and delivery set up was also a breeze!
Hirzel Brothers Greenhouse made a beautiful arrangement for a special funeral service that meant the world to us. I placed a last-minute floral arrangement order for Mother’s Day through 1-800-FLOWERS with the first available delivery option the day after Mother’s Day. I proceeded with the order, even though the flowers would not be delivered until the day after because her original gift was delayed even longer. To my surprise, my mom received her flowers 12 hours after I placed the order and 2 days early! I didn’t even call to request an expedited delivery. You really made her day! Thank you for your hard work and your kindness!
