I purchased flowers for delivery to be sent to my best friend for her birthday. Days went by and no flowers were delivered. I tried calling the store daily, as well as sending emails and texts messages for simply an update on the delivery. I got an email at 11pm last night saying that the flowers were delivered when they in fact had not been. Very disappointed. What i ordered is not what I got, it was for a retirement and when I saw what was delivered I called right away, multiple times in fact. I texted, sent 7 emails with little or no response. 4 days ago (which was probably the only time i got a response)I was told a refund would be sent but they hadn't received my funds. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I live in another state and just googled local florist and went with this one. They were happy to take the order and the money quickly. I used the online ordering system. I recd email that stated in “design”. I reviewed order to make sure I put in correct date. Ordered some flowers for my Ma's birthday at 6 am this morning and at 2 pm today, got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to unavailability of the florist GOODE THINGS. Like WHAT?!?! Couldn't have stated that when I placed the order at 6 this morning?! Thankfully, the money wasn't pulled outta my account!!
My newly widowed friend came home from errands to an empty house -- and the most beautiful arrangement of flowers! It really lifted her mood from sadness. Who cannot be cheered by flowers?? My friend said it was "the most beautiful arrangement! Not your grocery store bouquet!" Thank you, Barbara, for brightening my friend's day!
