I had such a wonderful experience with this florist! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful — even better than I imagined. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed. You can truly see the care and creativity that goes into their work. Excellent customer service and seamless communication from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Customer service is very good w/this location (got double charged for flower delivery order a week ago but they resolved it quickly upon reaching out to them) -- flowers are already welting (recieved flowers Feb 13) & once I got them they didn't quite match the picture in the description of their website for what I saw prior to ordering.
This is my go-to florist for the Raleigh/Crabtree Valley area. Beautiful flowers and arrangements, and very reliable and timely delivery. 10/10 recommend.
