The flowers were incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged. What really stood out was the team’s communication ahead of delivery - they sent pictures of the arrangement to make sure the design matched my vision, which I greatly appreciated. Such a special florist in Indianapolis. The owner Kadi and her team are so kind and personable, taking the time to show me around the shop, help me pick the perfect arrangement for my occasion, and gave me tips for how to enjoy our blooms for as long as possible. I saw this new flower shop and was excited to go in and take a look. The bouquets in store were truly leaps above the “usual”. I placed an order for an arrangement and gave the design team the go ahead to create a beautiful arrangement and they did not disappoint. They were so personable, and accommodating, making the ordering process easy! Thank you French Florist for setting up roots in the mid west! I absolutely WILL be coming back!!! AMAZING!
What an amazing experience! I requested a custom arrangement and they did not disappoint. They even sent me a photo before my pick up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! The flowers were fresh and absolutely GORGEOUS! I will definitely be buying from French Florists again!
