My dear friends 28yr old daughter passed away very unexpectedly. My friend was even more distressed by the fact that due to financial difficulties there wasn't going to be any flowers so I decided to do a casket cover myself using ferns and wildflowers. This was my first experience with Gifts from the Heart Crossville. I ordered the item on-line the weekend of winter weather. Many stores were closed and deliveries were delayed. I was contacted first thing Monday morning to explain the possible delay and then when my bouquet was ready for pick up. It was beautifully done and brought tears of joy to a friend in the hospital. Thank you for your great customer service and product!

I live out of state and had an arrangement sent to my mom and she sent me a picture. I was so impressed with how beautiful the florist and staff did on arrangement!! The website is very easy to use and makes ordering quick.

A great experience from start to finish. A easily used website and the flowers were gorgeous and as shown online. My only comment was I would have liked more options for flowers not for lovers.

Gifts From the Heart did an amazing job with my wedding flowers!! From bride bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and flower garland piece for the arbor. Staff is great to work with and would highly recommend for all your flower needs!!
