Happy with customer service! My arrangement was left out in the freezing cold for several hours unprotected. Unfortunately, the driver never rang or knocked - it was Valentines, so I am sure they were very busy. The flowers wilted almost as soon as they were brought into the heat of my house. I called and they were very courteous. I received an apology as well as they delivered a fresh arrangement. The new arrangement is gorgeous and driver rang this time. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! DEAD IN 3.5 DAYS... My husband sent me roses for our anniversary and less than 3 days later they started to wilt and dry up. The florist must have known they were OLD FLOWERS because they came with a wire under each rose for support, never have I seen this. Its been a week and they are crunches doritos sadly... I will post a close up of the wires they came with. Such a waste of money 💰 🙄
Absolutely beautiful arrangement! The flowers were fresh and some of the best I've had delivered in a long time! My mom was so happy with them that we decided to write a mutual review. Thank you again for the beautiful arrangement and for being so prompt and professional - we will be coming back!
This was the worst floral arrangement I have ever received. My niece sent from out of town for my 50th birthday, and half of the flowers weren't even in water, stems cut down like scraps, wilted, only flowers on one facing side of arrangement, and simply a mess. We had to rearrange the few that weren't wilted ourselves and throw away more than half of them. We did report this and they refused to give her any discount or replacement. Do NOT order from this business.
