I am extremely impressed with the quality of service and flowers that I received, especially given the short notice and time constraints I was dealing with. There was an unexpended death in my family and because of this, I was in a rush for getting the funeral setup. The lady on the phone was patient and helped me figure out what I needed and worked around the budget I had. Everything was setup within 24 hours. Lastly, the flowers have been outside in the summer heat for over a week and are still holding up beautifully.
Happy with customer service! My arrangement was left out in the freezing cold for several hours unprotected. Unfortunately, the driver never rang or knocked - it was Valentines, so I am sure they were very busy. The flowers wilted almost as soon as they were brought into the heat of my house. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! DEAD IN 3.5 DAYS... My husband sent me roses for our anniversary and less than 3 days later they started to wilt and dry up. The florist must have known they were OLD FLOWERS because they came with a wire under each rose for support, never have I seen this. Its been a week and they are crunches doritos sadly... I will post a close up of the wires they came with. Such a waste of money 💰 🙄
Absolutely beautiful arrangement! The flowers were fresh and some of the best I've had delivered in a long time! My mom was so happy with them that we decided to write a mutual review. Thank you again for the beautiful arrangement and for being so prompt and professional - we will be coming back!
