I ordered the wrong color flowers for an aunt. I called and asked if they could change it and they did. I asked for them to send me a picture of the flower arrangements and they did. My aunt loved the arrangement and I was so pleased with the friendly professional customer service I received. I will definitely use them again.

Jeff, we are so grateful to you and all your staff for the beautiful flowers and getting all the arrangements done so quickly. I know also this being during Christmas it was a very busy time for everyone. The casket spray and all the other flowers and plants were gorgeous with such beautiful quality. Awesome people to work with. I ordered the morning of the 12th, hoping for same day delivery, and the arrangement was delivered around 12:30 on the 12th. It was an arrangement of flowers for my mother's 80th Birthday, and it made her day! Will definitely use Freeman's again.

I left the description of what I wanted but gave the florist free rein to pick, use and design what they thought best. It could not have been more beautiful or perfect. The recipient has contacted me three times to state how beautiful the arrangement is.

My wife loved the arrangement and the vase it came in. The service was excellent, as the delivery happened within a couple of hours. I'm very happy with the florist!
