I ordered the wrong color flowers for an aunt. I called and asked if they could change it and they did. I asked for them to send me a picture of the flower arrangements and they did. My aunt loved the arrangement and I was so pleased with the friendly professional customer service I received. I will definitely use them again.
The flowers turned out a lot gooder than I thought they would! Very well put together and the price was reasonable! I had to call to schedule the delivery for 1030 the next day and the lady I spoke with was super understanding and friendly! The order was not delivered at 1030…it was 1036! Hehe! So over an excellent experience! Oh I live in Texas and was ordering for a dear friend…she loved loved the flowers and balloons! Be Safe & God Bless!!
Awesome people to work with. I ordered the morning of the 12th, hoping for same day delivery, and the arrangement was delivered around 12:30 on the 12th. It was an arrangement of flowers for my mother's 80th Birthday, and it made her day! Will definitely use Freeman's again.
Jeff, we are so grateful to you and all your staff for the beautiful flowers and getting all the arrangements done so quickly. I left the description of what I wanted but gave the florist free rein to pick, use and design what they thought best. It could not have been more beautiful or perfect. The recipient has contacted me three times to state how beautiful the arrangement is.
