I live in Dallas TX and ordered flowers for my mother, who lives in Laurel. It was her 93rd birthday. Staff was so helpful and friendly over the phone. I was nervous, not being able to actually see what they would be doing and gave specific instructions for delivery, since there was only a small window of time for her to receive them. My husband called and ordered flowers for me for my birthday the morning of. At nearly 4 o’clock in the afternoon (I get off work at 5!!!) nothing had ever been delivered. When he called mysteriously they couldn't tell him what happened to the order. But they had no trouble immediately charging his card for the payment of the order (at the time of ordering) they couldn’t find and had never fulfilled. I had a corsage done for my sons senior prom it was really pretty even though it hadn’t been kept in a cooler and the flowers were beginning to wilt. I really loved the rhinestone wrist attachment and the rhinestone detail that had been added to the arrangement but I was extremely unhappy that the rose buds and some greenery begin to fall off 30 mins into taking pictures.
