The store used to be fabulous when Chip and Sonja owned it. They sold it and new owners are resting on the laurels of the previous owner’s impeccable reputation. There is virtually no Customer service and the plants I have been receiving on a weekly basis seem to have come from Safeway. The peonies they delivered yesterday were all brown and half dead and the white roses had brown leaves on most of them.
