The bouquet was beautiful and very reasonably priced. The delivery charge was also very fair. On top of that, the customer service was incredible! Due to some miscommunication, my bouquet couldn't be delivered. The team at Flowers and Interiors re-made and re-delivered my purchase free of charge AND coordinated directly with the recipient for their convenience. I would 100% order again.

The website was very easy to use and there were many pictures of bouquets that I could choose from. There were a lot of options and I found one that worked great delivery was on the date expected. Overall, great experience.

Mother’s Day orders - one order was an arrangement and one was a live plant (an orchid). Both were beautiful, with designs not only elegant but also felt personal. I will continue to take all my floral needs to Flowers & Interiors in Bloomington!

This was my first time going in to pick up an order - usually we have sent things by delivery - but everyone was lovely, the pick up process was super easy, and they had these awesome travel boxes (which I didn't know, and was nervous about once I got there and realized that I had forgotten to bring a box without.) The staff is super sweet. I'm excited to go back in a few weeks and get another order for an employee's achievement. :)
