I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I paid extra for the “premium” size of the arrangement. My mother sent me a picture of the arrangement they delivered to her, and I was so embarrassed that she thinks that is what I ordered for her birthday. The arrangement was so minuscule compared to what is shown on their website. It didn’t even look like the normal size of the arrangement, let alone the premium. I contacted Marianne's after a bad situation with a different florist. Not only was Marianne's prompt and professional, they also provided up to the minute details as to when the flowers were delivered. Additionally, the arrangement was beautiful. Thank you Marianne's!
When I placed my order, I mistakenly gave the wrong credit card information. Marianne's contacted me immediately to report the problem, we worked it out immediately, and the flowers arrived on time. The recipient was delighted.
Fantastic customer service, even for a same-day order. The flowers were more beautiful in person than I even expected and they are staying fresh for several days post/delivery. Definitely recommend and would order from them again in a heartbeat!
