I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. I paid extra for the “premium” size of the arrangement. My mother sent me a picture of the arrangement they delivered to her, and I was so embarrassed that she thinks that is what I ordered for her birthday. Website was super easy, convenient, and easy to understand things like pricing and shipping. Flowers were amazing, a beautiful rose bouquet, and Valentine’s Day was a success. Highly recommend!
When I placed my order, I mistakenly gave the wrong credit card information. Marianne's contacted me immediately to report the problem, we worked it out immediately, and the flowers arrived on time. The recipient was delighted.
Fantastic customer service, even for a same-day order. The flowers were more beautiful in person than I even expected and they are staying fresh for several days post/delivery. Definitely recommend and would order from them again in a heartbeat!
