I originally ordered from a national online florist because it was a Friday night and all the local florists were closed. I paid extra for next day delivery. Shocked to receive an email on Saturday around noon that "Your delivery date has been changed to Tuesday". Not an apology, nor a thank-you, nor a refund of my next day delivery extra charge.
