Customer service is a 10++, as I had received a call from the flower shop to confirm which flower choice would work for the arrangement. She was so sweet and calm on the phone, a pleasure to talk with. The recipient of the flowers was extremely happy with the arrangement. I will order again from Kay🫶😊
