Most of the Flowers stems are BROKEN and dead the day after opening, very embarrassing!! It stayed wrapped till I presented them - Gave it to her yesterday morning she just sent me these pics this morning, I’m very upset!! Go elsewhere!
Flower Mania was awesome to work with. I called at 12:30pm and they had flowers delivered within 4 hours. The arrangement turned out beautiful. Will definitely be using them again!
Bought a 170$ bouquet and the 20$ costco flowers were better. The flowers were below quality and died within 2 days. They offered a dozen roses as compensation, I dropped by the store to retrieve it but was denied. Go somewhere else.
Used to purchase flowers from this shop regularly... and they used to have a nice selection of quality flowers that always lasted 10 days or more...so I didn't mind the prices. But the last couple of times the flowers wilted/died within three to four days. All due credit in that they happily replaced them with more flowers. But the hassle of having to go through the return/exchange process really takes away from the novelty of the gift.
We ordered the Multi Coloured Bright floral bouquet for a sympathy situation for a close family member who lost their son tragically. What we received was some watery coloured blah arrangement. I was at the home when they were delivered and I was very disappointed. When I put in a complaint I was asked for the recipient's phone number. This was not really necessary because I told them I was staying at their house but I gave it anyway.
