I was pleasantly surprised when a nice woman answered the phone. She was courteous and very informative, listening to what I needed. She put my concerns at ease, and the price, met my budget. My order was placed. Everything came out perfectly. I am so very happy that I called her to place my order of flowers on top of that. The flowers were gorgeous.
I recently had a great experience here. I had a bouquet delivered to my mom's work for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. I ordered the flowers over the phone as I do not live in Worland. The service was super friendly and they delivered the same day
We love their service and selection. The flowers always look great and the gift shoppe is beautiful.
I am VERY disappointed with this flower shop. I'm all for 'small businesses', but they have HORRIBLE service. I have used them twice and both times they have screwed up!! First time I ordered flowers for a little girl, who was so excited about turning 4yrs, and thye delivered on the WRONG day. Ruined her excitement!!! Thanks. Second time, I ordered flowers to be delivered to a class room for a little girls birthday and they delivered the flowers to wrong address!!! Thanks Again.
