I’m from New Orleans, and visited for my friend’s birthday. I walked in on the hopes of getting a floral arrangement that day and they absolutely delivered. I recently ordered a Blue and White Brilliance arrangement for my cousin’s husband’s funeral. I upgraded to the premium arrangement. Flowers By Eva used Florals on 5th to fulfill the order. The delivered flowers were not fresh, were yellow and white with a baby blue ribbon (for a grown man’s funeral). According to Flowers by Eva, the delivered flowers were within their ‘substitution policy’ and did not address the fact that the flowers had already begun to wilt from age. Update! Now two great deliveries made! I’ll continue to order from them every time! Picture of the new arrangements included. Valentine’s Day flowers were better than imagined! Great customer service! Great price! Great everything! Will definitely use and recommend them in the future without hesitation!
