Thank you so much for the pieces! WE stopped in last week at the mall and was pleasantly surprised, for a Kiosk they truly have the best product I've seen. The roses lasted a long time!
I recently placed an order here and my experience wasn't great. Here is why: 1) When you place an order, you get an order number but no tracking number so you don't have any indication of when the order will be delivered 2) The number on the website doesn't exist and there is no email to contract them 3) The Help section on the website isn't comprehensive with the Q&As - it is very basic 4) When I created my account, it noted that I haven't placed any orders, when I clearly did 5) No communication, incorrect contact details ... read more
Not happy at all with their service. Placed an order for an arrangement. Made an error and contacted them immediately for cancellation. They never RETURNED OUR CALL nor did they respond to our email. Have no way of knowing if they took any action. Had to contact our financial institution to ensure that payment is stopped should they post it against our formal request. NEVER AGAIN. LIKE HOW THEY SAY TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE WHEN NO ONE IS NEVER AVAILABLE.
