This is a case of “website vs reality” and what was ordered and what was received. If the photos of the arrangements didn’t change when selecting the size of the arrangement then maybe would feel more accountable for the arrangement I chose for my Parents to send to my husband’s Grandfather’s funeral! But the arrangements do change making it believable that you are getting a beautiful FULL arrangement instead of what was delivered to the funeral home! Please see for yourselves…

I have ordered several bouquet deliveries from here over the past several years. Each time the recipient received beautiful arrangements matching the descriptions on time and without any issue
I asked for email confirmation and never received it. Also a small bouquet and the vase wasn't included and it cost me$100, really? And I called long distance from Mexico. My mother had to come downstairs to pick up her arrangement, it wasn't delivered to her door.
Have been dealing with Anna for 44 years. Uncomparable great service. Highly recommend for beautiful quality flowers.
