The gentlemen I spoke to were very nice. There was a delivery charge to the far side of the same town, which was disappointing, but understandable. They chose nice fresh flowers, but may have had an inexperienced person arrange them since it was a holiday weekend.

I have used Fisher's most of my adult life, and have NEVER been disappointed with the arrangements or the price. The customer service is the best, especially considering how customer service in general has deteriorated over the years. Highly recommend this business!!

Great Customer Service and even better Floral Arrangement! Other than giving them a budget, I left it in their hands. To quote my Mom "the arrangement has a great selection of blooms that are favorites!" Thank you for accomodating me late Friday afternoon to get flowers delivered in time for Mother's Day. You could have easily turned me away since I was calling in from out of state. Columbus has a great Florist!

I've used Fishers Flower Basket twice now and they are fantastic. The flowers are always spectacular, the arrangements are very lovely and the owners on the other end of the phone are so friendly and nice. I think it's important to support local family businesses, and it is a scientifically proven fact that flowers are one of the few things that truly make people happy. I ordered flowers from Fisher's Flower Basket to be delivered the same day. The designer I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I had a lot of questions about the arrangement and the flowers she would use. She answered my questions and helped me to decide on the details until I felt comfortable with the item I was purchasing. The price was very reasonable and the flower arrangement that was delivered was exactly as I expected. I called a couple florists in Columbus around 2:45 in the afternoon on Wednesday for a delivery to the funeral home for that evening...only Fisher's was able to provide same day and promised me white lilies, which my aunt adored...others did not carry lilies. Can't say enough good as the gentleman who took my order was courteous and friendly. Accolades to Fisher's Flower Basket!

I had high hopes when I placed an online order. (I'm not local) I ordered after closing time so they were delivered the next day in the time frame I requested which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, what was delivered did not fully match what was shown online. Photos of what was shown online/ordered and what was received are below. I ordered a 400.00 arrangement for a funeral today at 5pm , I asked them to send me a photo when completed, been days no photo, finally one hour before funeral I called the funeral home and ask them to go out and see if it was there . The man at the funeral home was nice and sent me a picture of the arrangement that was there. I'm in alaska so I cant be there to check . If you want this kind of grief use this florist . now funeral has started and no photo yet?

Fisher's Flower Basket Website displayed and allowed me to complete a purchase of one dozen premium red roses for $50.00 with a delivery charge of $5.95. Within minutes of completing my order they called me and said they need to cancel my order because the roses should have been $70.00 and a $10 delivery fee. They eventually agreed to honor the website quoted delivery fee since the delivery address is less than 2 miles from the shop, but they would not honor the website quoted price of $50.00.
