One of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering flowers. I paid 60$ expecting a large, full bouquet like the one clearly advertised, but what I received was a tiny, sparse arrangement that looks nothing like the photo. It feels extremely misleading and honestly like a complete rip-off for the price. The quality and size are nowhere near what was promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never order from here again. Save your money and go somewhere that actually delivers what they advertise.
Update: After I was able to contact the florist and explained what happened they sent a Stunning arrangement, twice as large. I received it exactly a week later and it is still alive! The customer service was great. They may have not done a great job on try 1 but they were willing to make up for it. I received a gorgeous gift on Thursday and by Sunday they were dead. Thought I would try a new florist for Valentine's roses. The arrangement was simple, but nice. After 36 hours, almost half of the roses were seriously drooping. I've ordered a ton of roses and these seemed to die the quickest on me, even after adding water. After contacting the owner, they made things right. I appreciate companies that stand behind their products and services.
The flowers, ordered by husband for our anniversary, look nothing like the arrangement he chose and arrived wilted as shown in the photo. He spent $120 and could have picked up something better at Sprouts or Costco for $15. It is unacceptable. Fortunately, FTD reimbursed us for the full amount.
Thank you so much for getting these flowers to our friend memorial. We have moved out of State and couldn't attend but wanted to show our friends support. I called you guys the other day and you came through today for the services tomorrow. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful set of flowers. Very pleased will use you again in the future.
