Elegance on Flower did an amazing job. The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and arranged perfectly. You can tell they really care about quality and details. The staff was super kind and helpful, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everything looked even better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
I found Elegance Flowers from a quick search for florists as we were celebrating my mom‘s birthday in the area and I’m so glad I found them! The same-day order and pick up is really convenient. The flowers were exactly as appeared from the website and the arrangement was SO big and beautiful - mom for reference in the second picture! Will definitely be using Elegance Flowers in the future!
Bad experience… If you’re thinking about using this flower shop, be prepared for delays, unmet promises, and a product that does not match what you ordered. We absolutely do not recommend this place. This is what my sister and I ordered and what we received. VERY RUDE! Edited: 1. My first comment here did not mention about the flower arrangement itself. It's your attitude that loses you the stars. 2. I called & you said go ahead to the website to make the purchase for the same-day, and the website allowed that, so I did. 3. I came to the store, AND with the store lady, we spent 15 minutes in the room less than 200SF to search for the bouquet but could not find it. 4.
